PREPARATION
1. Layer desired liquors on top of one another
in a 1 1/2 ounce shot glass, by pouring the liquors over a bar spoon or
cherry. It's important to pour the heavy liquor first, so it doesn't mix
together.
2. For a chilled shot, pour desired liquor
into a mixing glass with ice; and stir with bar spoon or shake in a colander.
When chilled, strain the shot into a 5 ounce UP stemmed glass.
